About Us

Gary Pennington is the President and owner of Blackstone Claim Services, Inc. Gary began public adjusting after he sustained a loss on his own property. Insurance denied his claim, so he hired a public insurance adjuster to assist. The public adjuster helped Gary settle the claim, so he had enough funds to become whole again. Gary believed that he could help others in need and began his own company in 1999. Over two decades later he continues to serve his community through public adjusting, appraisal services, litigation and mediation support, and building consulting.
