Gary Pennington, President and owner of Blackstone Claim Services, Inc., was inspired to become a public adjuster after a personal experience with insurance claim denial. When his own property suffered damage, he hired a public adjuster who successfully helped him settle his claim and recover financially. Motivated by this positive outcome, Gary founded Blackstone Claim Services in 1999 to help others navigate the complexities of insurance claims. For over 20 years, he has served his community by providing expertise in public adjusting, appraisal services, litigation and mediation support, and building consulting.

Michael Pennington is the Lead Estimator at Blackstone Claim Services, Inc., with over 13 years of experience in property damage assessment and insurance claim estimating. Having spent his career immersed in the claims and construction process, Michael specializes in detailed loss scoping, Xactimate estimating, and thorough damage documentation for residential and commercial properties. His expertise helps ensure that claims are accurately valued and properly supported, bridging the gap between real-world repair costs and insurance policy requirements, and supporting Blackstone’s long-standing commitment to fair and well-documented claim outcomes.
